18 Month Baby Boy not walking and pronouncing any words

My son was born on 22nd Jan 2018 and now in his 18th month, He seems very active in playing, observing and repeating the things what we do daily. But when it comes to physical activity like crawling he used to crawl on stomach from 7th month onwards till 14 months (1 year 2 months) of his age and after that started crawling on knees and also tires to stand on his own by taking support of wall or other objects but still he is standing with support only and afraid to leave support

I even tried to take him walk, he walks by holding hands but can't even take 5 steps with out support and if he feels distance is at least 1 step more, he lies down and crawl

He has lot of fear to try and do physical activities

He tries to communicate and respond to our words by making sounds like Ba Ba Bla Bla Bla, but can't able re pronounce it

He was born with an emergency surgery because of twisted cord around his neck

please suggest accurate solution & medicine

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Give him weekly doses of Nat. Mur 30c for a couple of months. If improvement is nil or less, then up the potency to 200c and give the doses every 15 days for upto eight doses.

One dose shall be two pills or drops.
