Itching spider veins

Hi, i am developing spider veins on my lower limbs also large part of the skin is red and purple. The skin has small bumps and itches a lot, especialy evening times when relaxing. Scratching leads to bleeds. I tried Aesculus hippocastanum but this make me sick. What can u advise, the itching is realy driving me crazy
