Cold or Hot?
Do you mean Warm Air, or Cold Air??
Cool air is more likely to improve a situation because the lodvessels will constrict to conserve body heat. NI a place like the sinuses though, i cannot see how codl, except applied directly, would do much , if any good. Mentholated rubs can do the same job, with a little more success. Also products like "sinusalia" from Boiron, or "Euphorbium" Spray from heel, will help reduce congestion. I recommedn the euphorbium spray over the siunsalia, though both takentogether, as they have differnt constituent products in them, may improve things more effctively.
