Help with Wrist instability

A sincere request to an experienced doctor to take my case.
I am 22 year old, injured my left wrist while playing basketball. It’s been 18 months, but my wrist still hurts when I use it. Doesn't hurt when wrist is not being used or is resting. It can't support much weight (carrying a plate of food or backpack hurts) and hurts to twist doorknobs. I have been to several doctors, got MRI done in Mar 2018. Doctor said that the wrist has instability and laxity. MRI Results are below:
1. Small pinhole central TFC tear about 1 mm from the radial insertion (Palmer Class IA injury).
2. Mild partial tear volar ulnar aspect of the ligament.
3. No evidence of a scapholunate or lunotriquetral ligament tear, tendinopathy or fracture.

I did Homeopathic treatment and have taken Belis per Q, Rhus Tox 200, Symphytum 30, Ruta 1M, Arnica CM and tissue salts but no change at all in the pain.

In Jan 2019, doctor examination said that there is dull and mild pain in volar aspect of left wrist and ulnar side of left wrist. He gave a steroid injection and put a cast for 4 weeks for immobilization. No change observed. In Mar 2019, went to another doctor and he also gave an injection, but no cast. There was temporary Pain relief for 2-3 days but still hurts the same. Doctor says arthroscopic surgery to remove the scar tissue is the only option.

Can someone please take the case urgently and prescribe what medicine to take to fix the pain. Can this be cured by homeopathy or surgery has to be done. Please advise.

Thanks so much for the prompt response.

A hand therapist said that he has triquetrum fracture in his wrist which is near the TFCC and is not easy to diagnose. It doesn't show on MRI and most of the times doesn't show on X-rays. You have to get a CT Scan to be 100% sure.
Please advise if thia can be treated with homeopathy.
Will appreciate if you can let me know what can be taken to treat this.
Thanks for the help.

I received both the medicines today which you said. Is it same medicine for triquetrum bone fracture?

I got examined today by a orthopedic doctor and he took X-rays also. The doctor said that there is no bone fracture and the main issue is a very minor TFCC tear, which would not show up in MRI, without the dye. And, that is what is causing the issue.
I have started taking the medicines you said. As you originally said, will report in 4 days.
Thanks for the help.

I have taken the medicine as suggested for last 10 days. Don't think I noticed any improvement, its not easy to tell actually. Please suggest what to take next or should I continue taking the same.
