Blood pressure, heavy head, eye sore and muscle stiffness neck
HiI would like help on my situation. i have high blood pressure, eye sore, heavy head and stiff neck. I am taking blood pressure medicine 8mg which helps to control the blood pressure. I do not take any medicines for headache and neck muscle stiffness. Doctor recommended me anti-depressants but my wife did not allow me to take that.
It was completely fine but then i had job stress and financial stress which developed this 2 years back. this stress led to high blood pressure as i was not getting enough sleep used to wake up at night and very less sleep. The stress also led to stiff muscles around neck and head. The head feels like some heavy weight is there and same around my eyes which feels sore on forehead also. Please advice me on my situation

It is good you are taking medicine for High Blood Pressure and that controls as you said. Here I have a doubt and that is in my opinion the medicine you are taking is not totally appropriate. Please take then fresh advice. The heaviness of eyes, head and stiffness of neck is also associate with high blood pressure.Further You donot have good sleep most probably due to
stress and for that my advice is take 10 drops of each with water at bed time.aand the three are Avena Sat.Q, PassifloraInc.Q and Valarina Q.
