Tarantula hispanica 200c enquiry

The doctor had prescribed Tarentula hispanica remedy for my mild autistic and hyperactive 4 year old son.He had had the remedy in 200c potency twice with a gap of 2 weeks in between ..After the first dose,he still seemed restless.after the second dose after 2 weeks, he appears to be more restless and throwing up tantrums.Someone told me that means the remedy is working.But if acts more hyperactive than before,how do I know that it really worked?

It seems the first dose of 200 did nothing.
The second dose has started aggravation of
His symptoms. You have to wait a bit until
Aggravation is over- then you should notice
Improvement. If there is no improvement,
The remedy is wrong.
