Do you have a diagnosis by the vet?
Anyway, you can start giving her Arsenicum album 30c, 1 dose hourly for 4 - 6 doses, then continue with the 30c 3 - 4 times daily for 5 - 7 days or until well improved.
For animals, I usually give a remedy in 30 ml glass dropper bottle ( just put a few pills or drops of a remedy) and filled with pure water then give 7 - 10 drops as 1 dose but you can give it anyway which is easy for you and your kitten.

And stop ipecac if it is not helping. And start with Arsenicum now, give every 5-10 minutes or earlier if her condition is getting worse.
If she is unconscious, you may also try opium the highest potency you can get.
