Reactive hypoglycemia

Anyone have insight on how to treat this? I have done diet change but I am still waking up around 4am with an episode of blood sugar dis regulation and another bought around 4pm. This prevent me from getting enough sleep. I have to eat every two hours.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is it diagnosed by your doctor?

Do you have a diabetes?

What are the exact symptoms?

How did it all start?

And do you have or have you been suffered from any mental health issue or any other health problem?

I do not have diabetes. I have been seen by a doctor and I have had a brain scan showing blood sugar imbalances. It started after high stress with little sleep and poor diet as in not eating enough. I have adrenal fatigue and with it comes blood sugar dis regulation with all the signs of hypoglycemia. I have to eat every two hours if not more frequent. When I have episodes of blood sugar imbalance I do have anxiety. Before any of this started I didn’t suffer from any mental illness.

Please take Gymnema Sylvestre Q 10 to 15 drops before sleeping

Ginkgo Biloba Q before breakfast

hopefully these two meds shall take care of your problem.

Thank you.

I know my cortisol is backwards daily. So instead of being high when you wake up it’s very low. Then at night it’s high so I can’t rest well. I have been to so many doctors and they just write me off.

Imbalance of salt and water in body stimulates stress hormones.

In your condition, we have to deal with liver to regulate salt and sugar levels.

The 2 mother tinctures are very helpful in controlling liver metabolism

Also, Nat Mur 6c along with other 2 mother tinctures would be very very helpful.

Thank you. Yes I am very very low in sodium in my body. I did a HTMA test and found out I’m low in sodium and potassium. I have been trying very hard to raise my sodium and potassium through food but having a hard time. I’ll add nat mur

Try to walk at-least 45 - 60 min 5 days a week. If you are unable to do all 45 - 60 min altogether, do it in breaks.

Any physical activity in which your body sweat, will control hypoglycemia and many other issues.

If weather permits, walk is very beneficial

Thank you. Yes I do try to walk as much as I can to sweat. I have adrenal fatigue along with these issues and sometimes I just can’t. The good thing is it’s summer here so sweating is not a problem. Also these episodes of blood sugar happen at 4am and wake me up shaking and 4pm. Any insight on that?

waking up 4 am with episode of low sugar, my guess would be extreme worries which are deeply connected with some kind of stress.

take the meds suggested, hopefully they will help, inform any changes or none

we will look into more later

I think your endocrine system is off the balance.
My initial thought was to prescribe endocrine sarcode remedy, such as pituitary gland 30c but I see someone else has already prescribed some remedies so I will not interfere with this case anymore.

Hope you will get the outcome, following this prescriber.
