Need medicine for my unique issue

I m 48 male. Having slight sugar and blood pressure, heritas hernia with chronic prostate issue.

Nexpro 20 m twice a day
Stamlo 2.5 mg daily once
Allusion 10mg daily bed time

Apart from that I took R25 drops for prostrate.

Last 2 months having low grade fever. Its from 12 pm to 6 pm,evening also feeling uneasy. Night sleep is good. Morning get up 5, around 6 took bath,
then ok, again around 12 feeling feverish.
Loosing weight , no fast but yes loose
Did master health checkup

Issue :-

Plantelet count 1.04 lks
ESR - 15
umbililical hernia - 11cm

Yes, I did Master health test, If you provide your email id then will send all reports.

All reports are ok expect these symptoms.

Sure.As I spoke with dr, they told no issue all reports are ok. But still I need to discuss with Homeopathy dr with details. So if you want to give please write at here. I will sent my reports.

Issue is there for upload its taking 64kb, but all reports are huge. Tried but unable to update.
