How did it happen? from injury?
What seems to make it feel better or worse?
Are you taking any medication?
Do you have any other health problem?

i don't feel any change condition in my health with changing weather or cold or hot water, not any changing position of body.
ritg now there is not pain but numbness of first two finger and muscles loss of right triceps and chest with great weakness,
i used alfalfa often to recover my weakness, and its improves 10 to 15 % from last two months.
also using gingobiloba in tablet form and Avena Q. and often use before workout Ginsing Q. all 20 drops.
