a big problem of constipation
HelloI have a constipation problem, I work hard to expel the stool, when I eat a lot I cannot defecate, I have to take a purge like castor oil to be able to achieve it, I have to eat little several times a day to be able to do, but still little problems.
although the stool is soft but I need a lot of effort to expel it, the stools are soft and it has no consistency, and after doit I always feel like are more inside. like I not expellet all.
I also have an external hemorrhoid problem that bleeds easily with an effort.
I feel my abdomen swollen.
I do not know if my intestine is very weak or my stomach, help me this does not improve.
