Sore throat, white Cough, vomit, pain in middle of chest
Dear sirMy sister is 32 years old . Having a problem from a week 1.Sore Throat
2. White Spit type of Cough
3. Sometime vomiting(food not comes out) only white thin cough
4.Small dana in Tongue
5. Reddish throat.
6. Pain in middle of chest.
7. Dakar comes out
Antibiotics given but not received.
Please help

How did it all start?
Can you explain more about her cough? Is is always a wet cough or sometimes dry?
What make things better or worse?
Sore throat - Is it very very red ? or dark red ? or what color is it?
Can she swallow food or can she drink ?
Any fever?
Does she have any other health problems?

Few months ago diagnosis like blood test done. All thing is fine except eosinophils 9 percent.
Doctor suggest medicine after taking all thing is back to normal.
1. Cough is mostly dry.little bit white thin mucus come out
2. Coughing all day some days and some days none.
3. Throat is red only white small dana.
4. It starts after taking guava in last winter season.
5. Her weight is 39kg
6. Haemoglobin 12.5 percent.
Few days ago light fever with shivering. Now controlled.
When she cough sometime vomit.
No food comes out only white thin mucus.
Cold food aggravate.
Her chest rattling when coughing
Chest pain in middle due to cough.
Please advise

So she has been coughing since the last winter? That is quite q long time coughing. What did her doctor say about it?
I suggest her to take Bacillinum 30c 1 dose a day for 4 days but she should really find out what is behind the cough and all that.

When I read this-
Cough has been for one week.
She saw the dr months back and got antibiotics
And all was well at that time.
Except eosinophils were high.
It sounds like an allergy as she had it last winter
After eating guava.

this is first time she is coughing like this. I never see her coughing like this. Gauava taken in december 2018 after that this cough started.
All blood reports X ray reports are normal except eosinophilis 9%
please advise

First give her Ipecac 30c twice a day for 7 days and if that doesn't help, give Bacillinum 30c, 1 dose a day for 4 days.
1 dose is 2 pills or 2 drops and report back if you see any changes.
