Gas and vomit

Doctor, I have already posted my topic on this forum but at that time I was not that much sure about my basic problem

Doctor here is my information
Gender : female
Age: 20
Weight : 36 kg only
Height : 159 cm
Colour : dim
Hobies : I like tasty and spicy foods but I have stopped eating any of them because of my problem
Health background : I had problems related to cough and because of that I have suffered the problem of shortness of breath but now it is completely cured
I have suffered from bleeding piles and a lot of pain for near about 4 years which is now also in relief

Now I am telling my real problem

Doctor, I have to travel regularly for 30 km by a bus to attend my college
I depart my home at 9:15
And I used to eat 2 chapati in the morning very hardly otherwise just one

While eating I feel a ball of gas comes upward I don't know is it a gas or what but after that I start feeling nausea and even I vomit after eating
This happens in morning and night dinner , even at the dinner at night I very hardly take 2 chapati with a lot of discomfort ,nausea and sometimes vomiting

If I make a ratio then then I vomit 3 times for every 10 times I take food

I have taken carbo veg twice a day for 3 days but it doesn't gave any response

Many allopathic doctors given their medicines but none of them worked on me

My Weight was 48 last year now it is 36 please help me doctor my weakness is on pinnacle ...my health has spoiled my study

Ignatia for piles? How many days did you take Ignatia with Aesculus?

Nux Vom 30
3 drops+ 4 spoons water at night before going to bed.

* 3 doses in 3 days only. Then stop
* Stop any other medicines
* Report after 3 days. Report immediately if any changes is noticed.

At first start with Nux
I'll tell you what to do next and when to start.
Next:

Cal Phos 6x

6 tablets+ 1 Cup milk(Warm)

Take it 3 times a day after meal.

Continue it.
* You should go under sun and heat your skin for 20 minutes daily in the morning.
* Eat vegetables and small fishes daily.
