Tumor kind of formations and dry darkened skin
My mother is having tumor kind of formation in her arms which have darkened and is very dry. Sometimes scaly. She is 70 years old and is active woman. She has good hygiene and eating habits.Can some resolution be provided. These formations can be felt by touching and are not toxic as told by a physician.

You only can closely keep observing the formation. Pics, symptoms (feeling cold or hot, more thirsty or less, desires, likes and dislikes in general, daily activities active or sedentary life after which symptoms etc note down each and everything with dates save pics or any kind of changes)
Keep visiting concerned people every month. just check up and tests if recommended .. and keep noticing her daily routine if affected. Only after that we can suggest anything. But as long as she is happy, no pain or discomfort etc it is better to not take anything.
