Breast enlargement

Hi,
I’m 21years old and my height is 5”2 and weight is 60kgs I gained weight to help me with the small breast issue but it was not of any help. My breast have been of the same size since I hit puberty although I have my own sister her breast has increased drastically since her puberty she’s 2years younger than me so I think it’s not a genetical issue
I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS it’s been 6-7 months that I was feeling the symptoms of PCOS so I thought of doing a USG. So from 3rd of Sept’19 I’m taking Pulsatilla 0/2-6D and Belogen-40/01 I have got mild cysts and Dr said it will get cured in 3-4months. And I have even started going to gym every alternate days.

So please can you suggest me a medicine which will help and please I don’t want to gain any weight because of any sort of medication as I’m already overweight.

10 drops+ half cup water 3 times a day.

Before or after eating? And how long it might take for the results to show?

In empty stomach half an hour before taking meal.
And you may continue it till you see any result.

You should massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and after getting up from bed in the morning.
You may learn how to massage by the help of youtube.
