Is this Sycotic Miasm?

One of the Female Patient aged 30 , the following symptoms have been told by her mother :

1. She is extremely demanding. Nothing can satisfy her. One moment she wants chocolate, once given she wants Ice-cream , for example.
2. She does not have open-mindedness, can't easily mix with the relatives.
3. She has a younger sister and due to that she has jealously with her sister. She thinks her parents did not care about her and just give another birth to expect a boy.
4. She has greed as an outcome of her jealousy and she wants everything should be given to her before her sister and priority should be given to her first.
5. Since childhood she has headache and heat generation in the middle of her head and face with hot red flushes.
6. She can't deal contradictions/opposition , and has ability to lie being secretive. She always points towards other faults and can't find her faults.
7. She is egoistic,absent-minded,lazy and always has self-contented look.
8. She is having Pride of being employed, good student, however, could not really do well in Mathematics. She most of the cases just passed in Mathematics.
9. She has habit of being quarrelsome, throwing things , hitting persons when angry and thinks herself as a man. She can do what a Male can do.
10. She always thinks too much on imaginary things and find herself as the saddest , betrayed person in this earth.
11. If someone tells her not to do anything, she does that more and more to provoke that person.
12. She has irregular Periods and vaginal discharges.

Thuja 1M would be sufficient? Should we give her Tarentula H. 200 as well?
