For Dr freehomeoforall, urine drops fall or sneezing and coughing
I am male 30 years. I have some problems1. Premature grey beard, hairs of beard are whitening rapidly
2. Urine dribbling after Urination. Urine drops fall on sneezing or coughing, running after completion of urination.
3. Constipation sever
4. Gastric problem, bloating in intenstine
5. Weakness, excess sleep 13/14 hours
Not fresh while getting up in morning
6. Stress and lack of confidence
7. Gangliyon cyst on hands
8. Depression, no interest in studies and life
Please tell remedies of all

Acid Phos 200
5 drops+ 50ml water
Shake the bottle 12 times before every dose
Dose: 5ml in the morning in empty stomach
* Don't eat or drink anything for next 30 minutes.
Continue it for 10 days.
Silicea 12x
6 tablets 3 times a day after meal
Continue it.
* Give feedback when any change is noticed.
5 drops+ 50ml water
Shake the bottle 12 times before every dose
Dose: 5ml in the morning in empty stomach

It is hard. 10 years back, it was appeared. No pain. If joint is bent, or lift load then pain

Ok. This is the summary of treatment which I am going to take.
1. Nux Vom 30
5 drops + half cup water
Before bed, for 5 days
2. Silicea 12x
6 tab. 3 times after meal (continue)
3. Acid phos 200
5 ml or 5 drops in 50 ml water empty stomach, once in morning only, for 10 days
Can I add cal. Flour 30 in above prescriptions

I am using this allopathic medicine since june 2019 for depression. It gave only 20 % benefit. Dr recommended it fot year. I cannot leave it in mid.
Can I continue it with your prescription?
I have started your medicines as Silicea 12X 6 tab. (first dose) after dinner.

If you notice any improvement with Acid Phos in your depression, talk to your alopath to gradually decrease the dose and stop if possible. Alopathic medicines treating depression, are very risky. It gives a temporary relief but kills hidenly.

Will i have to take 5 drops or 5 ml in 50 ml of water?
Or twice in a day or only once in early mornings

Take a 100ml bottle. Then put 50ml water in it. Then put 5 drops of Acid Phos 200 in it. Then shake it 12 times very strongly.
Take only 5ml from the bottle and drink in empty stomach in the morning.
5ml*10 days= 50ml
The made remedy will be finished within 10 days.
Clear? If not then ask again please.
