Chronic constipation issue of my schizophrenic brother

Please help me...my youngercschizophrenic btother age 50 is suffering from chronic constipation primarily because of schizophrenia medicenes being provided to him...one is a clozapamine drug,the otheris agidol 5 plus..both have contipation as side effect..his bowel movement is hencece irrgular causing spike in his BP....even adminstration of laxatives hasnt hlped him at least for last 2 days..ill be grateful if i i cou be advised some medicene...otherwise enema remains the only option

Need to have more informations. Please give full description.

Stool hard/loose?
Stool color?
Pain at the time of evacuation?
Urge of evacuation?
Urination problem?
Acidity?
Gas bloating?
Any headache?
Headache after stress?
What types of food does he take in every day?

1.stool semi hard
2.color darkish.
3.no pain or urge during evacuation.
4.no issues with urination or bloating,stomach soft however lot of flatulence
5.no headache
6. Schizophrenic since teens,unmarried,unemployed.
7.being provided simple veg food.
8. Both AGIDOL 5 PLUS and S COPIN 100 which he takes daily for acute schizophrenia have constipation as side effect..but psy dr unwilling to taper the dose bcoz of mental condition
9.individual totally emotionless..
10.sleep normal at night

Does he feel, someone is following him every time?

No....but when we lost our 87 yr old father few months ago...he showed no emotion when the mortal remains were prepared for cremation...i mean no sorrow,no tears..nothing...he used to stay with my father

1schizophrenia since teens,unmarried,unemployed
2.started hallucinating on religious thought,left schooling in cl 10,
3.on schizophrenic medication since almost 2000
4.made to do nothing since he ran away from the house 10 yr ago and was discoveted after a month in torn clothes surviving on begging for food,located in haridwar
5.whole day passes in a room given to him
6. does NOTHING..no tv,music.radio,reading

Please give him:

Nux Vom 30

3 drops+ half cup water

Before going to bed at night.

* Continue it for 7 days
* Give feedback immediately when any changes is noticed (Stool condition and mental behaviour)

Is there any mental abnormalities after taking alopathy medicines?
Is he mentally good and free from any mental problem now? If he has any mental problem give details.
