Mucus in stool / stool test report negative/ stomach ache/ Gastroentritis

My daughter has moved to Netherlands -2 months back
climate is s very cold and it’s always raining .

Past 25 days having this prob
Dr initially gave her Imodium- SOS to control loose motion and said it’s dehydration. With in 2 days was feeing extreme weakness
Finally I consulted our dr in india and she said give her antibiotics that 5 day course will be over tmmrw.
She is 25 yrs old and is feeling very depressed

Even after layers of warm clothing her hands n feet are cold and feels very very cold all the time

Her major symptoms:
Very weak n uneasy
All of a sudden 4-5 motions in a day with mucus
Gastroentritis
Burping
No appetite

Please help !!

Is she having fever?

Is she thirsty? And drinking enough water?

Any nausea or vomiting?

Any pain anywhere in the body?

Is she having diarrhea with mucous stools ?
Color and odor of the stools?

Is she taking any medications at the moment?

NO

just enough water not too sure

Any nausea or vomiting?
nausea yes but no vomiting - burping n passing gas too

Any pain anywhere in the body?
Upper abdomen between the ribs & sometime lower abdomen too but not all the time.

Is she having diarrhea with mucous stools ?
yes

Color and odor of the stools?
dont know

IMP: hands & feet are cold all the time even when heater is on & she is wearing sufficient warm layers
thanks a lot for showing interest in her case ... need medication for the child

Is she taking any medications at the moment?
No as just finished 5 days antibiotic course yesterday.

China officinalis 30c three times a day for 3 days and see how she feels after that.

1 dose is 2 pills.
