Hypothyroid homeopathic remedies do they create

Do the homeo remedies such as Thyroidinum actually stimulate the thyroid to make more hormone, or do they work like allopathic in that you are just adding the hormone when less is being produced by gland? I would thing it would be the latter since there must be little of the hormone in these or none as is the case of nux vomica et al.

Thyroidinum helps only if the symptoms of the patient tally with that of the drug. This for that rarely works.
