Morning Mucus flem
Every morning I have mucus in my chest that inhibits breathing at night when sleeping. I have had this off and n for over 7 years. It seems to come about by cool dry air, either air conditioning in summer or cool winter air. Typically I will have it in the morning and spit it out and as day goes on I will be ok. Usually don't have during day or evening, but seems to build up once asleep. Recommendation's for remedy?gupta6 on 2019-10-25

sorry for hitting response button...do I have to take in liquid? So just take once/one day for each and thats it? Also Can I just fast before taking remedies? Might be easier

Try natrum.phos 200c .... 4 drops at evening in a separate disposable glass with some water in it. No more no repeat.
Next morning before or after 30 minutes of breakfast try natrum mur 200c .. 4 drops once only no more no repeat. in a separate disposable glass with some water in it.
Do not eat pastry, dairy, milky or dairy and sugary products I meant. No salty, spicy, oily or deep fried food or junk foods. you can update after 3-4 days regarding your mucus problems.
