Pulsatilla baby?

My baby girl of four months sleeps well at night (from 9 pm - 8 am), but slept almost nothing during the day. Only 20 minutes naps and the wide awake again.

She must fall asleep in my arms, she cannot fall asleep anywhere else.

I tried giving her pulsatilla 30c, this started working, but I had to repeat the dose a lot for it to keep working. She could suddenly sleep longer naps and drink more milk at a time, she also seems tired and ready for naps, unike before.

I then tried giving her pulsatilla c200 and the same thing happened.. She slept for longer stretches, but not anymore, even after repeating the dose quite a few times.

Now things are slighty worse again, although much better than before starting the pulsatilla. She now can sleep 40 minutes and I can carry her in my arms and she can fall asleep again.

She gets dairy and soy free formula. Bowel movements from 0-3 times a day. Dark green, foul smelling.

Thanks so much in advance :-)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is she sick because she doesn't take nap? Or is she crying all the time and generally unhappy?
Is she not eating well and losing weight?
Is she in pain?

If not, then I don't know why she needs to be medicated with pulsatila or even needing any other remedies.

Also she has become very pale. A baby is supposed to sleep up to 5 hours during the day at this age (not 3x 20 minutes)

She is also hyper alert.

Nux vomica 30c three times a day for a few days.

1 dose is 2 pills.

Hi, I have tried nux vomica. I have also tried borax, stramonium and chamomilla. I am curios about trying silicea, as we can see bowel marks in diaper, but very little bowel movements. She is also very lean and pale.

Could pulsatilla give a positive reaction even though the baby’’s constitutional remedy is silicea?

Hi Perweu,

The reason why homeopathy works is because
The body will not tolerate a good match to
Symptoms. When the remedy is a close match,
The body recognizes this as a “second similar”
Disease or out of balance state. The reaction of the body is to raise life force - which starts to get rid of the remedy
And then the life force targets and releases the
Original problem.

In acute disease, like a cold or flu , the remedy
Is chosen to match the acute symptoms-
For instance drosera or spongia for a certain type of cough,
Or Kali bich for a cold with a certain type of mucous,
Etc. Then there is chronic prescribing for long
Standing issues which may require different remedies
In layers.

On constitutional remedies, let’s say someone
Would be a constitutional calcaria carbonica.
Let’s say they had a bad fall(Arnica) or whooping
Cough(drosera) the constitutional remedy is
Not going to do much of anything.

Also , if you have to give a remedy over and over,
You can be palliating the problem- actually suppressing
Symptoms and not curing. And the repeated doses
Can start proving symptoms and unneeded
Aggravation of old symptoms because there
Were too many doses or the potency was wrong.

In my opinion, please follow Tui and report after
The nux vomica. The child has had too many remedies and
Tui can assess the state of the child after this.

Also, many homeopaths will not prescribe for
A young child online- they want to observe
Face to face- to make a good prescription.
