Stuttering problem in 4 years and 8 months boy

Lona said Hi, I want an advice about my son, he is now 4 years and 8 months and he is stuttering since he was 3,5. At the beginning it was bad for 2 weeks after it become mild only repetition and before 7 months it became again severe with blocks, repetition and prolongesion. He start therapy and he was going down to mild symptoms until past week that became again severe with a lot of repetition 15 times the same word and some mild blocks. The most of the times he stuck in words from l and s. He is healthy, he has all his vaccines, when he was little he had many times otitis, he born with c section. He start speak around 3 years and then went fast with his language development, he can’t pronounce the l and the st. He doesn’t have any other problems, he is happy, social and active. He fears the dark. Please any suggestions

Hi I receive today the kali phos 6x and I gave 4 pils. I dissolve with water, I follow the instructions that was in the bottle. It was the correct way? And what about food and water before and after the pills?

There are tablets but in the instructions say for children under 5 to dissolve with water, only for very little kids. It’s dr reckeweg kali phosphoricum 6x 200 tablets.

Hi again, I want to update for the results, I continue giving him kali phos and until now there wasn’t any more progress from the first week. His stuttering decreased in half during the first week and stay there. What should I do now? Thank you so much

He doesn’t have tense when he speaks, you can clear understand what he is saying. He isn’t struggling any more, no blocks, no prolongation. He repeat usually the first and sometimes the second word from a sentence 2-3 times and after he is finishing the sentence and sometimes when the sentence is to long perhaps he will repeat a word in the middle of the sentence. Is 98% word repetition and 2% syllables repetition

Ok I will order the spigelia and when I receive it I will try it, in the morning When i will give him the spigelia after how much time he can eat breakfast?. He seems to have a tiny tiny tiny difficulty with s and l words but we think that it was because he couldn’t pronounce them correctly, we are working with that with his speech therapist and now after 3 weeks is 95% better. His repetitions is random, not specific words or sounds, if you hear him talking you think that he is just thinking to find the words and needs more time to put them in correct order and until he manage it, he repeats 2-3 times the first word of the sentence, there is not tension at all. Just to inform you the previous week he had language evaluation from the public services and they said that his language is good except his grammar that is below average and his ability to describe a situation is not all the time at the point and with the correct words. He is taking a private stuttering therapy (lidcombe program)the last 7 months. I will observe him more and if something changed I will update you. Thank you so much for your time
