Try taking Nat phos 6x- 3 tabs a half hour before
Or after you eat. You can start with 3 tabs as
Soon as you get them. Do this 3x a day for
Nat phos/ natrum phosphoricum is a homeopathic
Cell salt that reduces acidity. Are you USA?
You can get these at Whole Foods or order
Online with vitacost.
There are 12 salts that correspond to the minerals
In our cells. The correct salt reconfigures the
Cell back to a balanced state. You do not keep
Taking them, but adjust to lower amounts as
You get better.
The other part of this is changing your diet.
The acidity comes over time of over doing
Acidic foods. Our cells are to be alkaline.
It takes time to get them into an acidic state.
You need to stop chocolate, black tea, citrus
Drinks and fruit, spicy meals for a couple weeks. Google
Acidic and alkaline foods and switch to mostly
Alkaline for a time.
Doing this will let the cells reset. After that you
Need to watch when you have too many
Acidic foods/drinks and cut back.

I already advised her to google acidic and
Alkaline foods and to avoid acidic. Milk,
Dairy, cakes and sweets are listed as acidic
And acidic forming. These things can be added
Back in -in moderation after she gets this under
