Post-surgical bruise

I had a right thyroid lobectomy 5 days ago. When I woke up, I was starving. I ate a pint of chicken soup within the hour... I am still eating a lot (for me), maybe 3x/day. I'm sure it's normal eating because I ate very little before but drank a lot of cola. Anyway I have no idea why I'm writing this, although I am happy I quit soda. I still smoke.

My mood and energy have been excellent. I had very little pain. I took arnica & hypercium before and after surgery. When the bruising and swelling appeared I used arnica and Achilles (yarrow). It was dramatically effective. I had a small area of pain, I guess where they dug the thyroid from behind my collarbone, but 2 doses of ruta fixed that.

I am concerned now because the bruise has turned yellow and stopped moving/going away. It had appeared as far down as my left breast before the arnica/yarrow. It all seemed to go away except the the one puffy swollen area right below my larynx. Between my collarbone and larynx. Now the yellow appeared, it shows in the whole original area, even halfway down my breast. There is no tenderness.

I would like the healing process to keep moving along, and am looking for suggestions for the puffy area and the yellow bruises.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Oh, also. I had some tenderness in my trachea which I assumed was from the ventilator. But ever since, I have a dry cough. How to describe it. It's is maybe a couple times an hour, not dramatic. It is a small cough.

The lump between my collarbone bones is getting hard, and it's sore. Also I feel hot in the head (like I have a fever) but my temperature is normal. The fever symptom is not new, but it seems like it occurs when I have inflammation.

Oh, also I have grey bruises in the inside of my wrists. There was an IV on the right but nothing to explain the left one.
