Pain near abdomen

My daughter had abdomen pain, got ultra sound scan and found that she DOES NOT HAVE AND KIDNEY STONE. but still presists, pl advice

Age?
Pain at right side/left side/under/upper ?
If she is more than 15 years old, is her periods is normal?
Does she suffers from gas?
Any inflammation at the time of urination?

She is 21 yes, pain on both kidneys, period's once in 30 days, gas no idea

It seems hard to diagnose.
Ask her when the pain 1st started. When it starts- before periods or after periods? Any digestive problem?
