Would like some help from someone with experience please (Gum Problems)

I am a 43 yr old female. I have had problems with my gums and teeth for yrs and didn't know about mercury fillings being bad until recently so I had all my teeth removed and the dentist scraped out a lot of infection he said. As soon as he was done with the lower teeth and stitched them up right about the middle of the lower jaw I could feel a lot of pressure and after he was done with all my teeth right before I left all my gums started to burn like fire. He gave me a dose of antibiotics when he was done with the lower teeth then finished the the top. I refused to take anymore of the antibiotics. I went through hell for about a week with the burning and pain now I am left with infection still.I have taken Arnica 200c Ruta grav 200c and Hypericum 200c they all seemed to give me too many problems in other parts of my body and made me feel horrible. I also still have infection in my gums in my upper gums it doesn't hurt and doesn't drain. I can just see small spots that are white. On the right on the side has 2 small white dots they are not raised and on the top back left the gums are raise hard and I can see 2 dots on it. Neither one hurts and the problem on the bottom i don't see any pus and i am not sure if it was the way dentist put the stitch in that it irritated someone because the gums wouldn't stay down and heal in that same spot where the pressure was. I removed the stitch 2 days ago and the pressure is gone but now the gums are not healed together. This is really starting to drag me down please help. Thanks Melissa
