Acne on temporal region and near eyebrows

hi, 29 year ol male having acne on tempora region(both sides) and near eyebrows pictures attached.
1. redish color in start , there is pain
2. painis releaved by pooping the pus out of the pimple
3. having this problem since last 1 year
4. using topical creams but there is only temporary releife
please suggest me some remedy

use hepar sulphur 30c three times a day for 5 - 7 days and report back . Also, it’s better not to apply any creams for acne,just wash your face with calendula soap,

1 dose is 2 pills,
