Knee pain and meniscus tear

Hi,

My mother is in her late 50s, and she fell down tripping from a step on her knees 6 to 7 years ago.

Out of the fear of surgery, she never got it down, and kept walking on the damaged knee.

She kept bearing the pain now, for years. The doctors have recently told us it's an interior meniscus tear and now osteoarthritis is also started to affect both her knees.

She can't walk a lot now and the pain is a lot when she walks. Her knee locks sometimes. She often asks us to massage her knee with the pressure it feels slightly better.

A few more things to note:
1. she recently had a major hysterectomy surgery about 6 months ago so she was consuming pain management medicines.
2. She is obese and is struggling to lose weight even on a low carb diet

Please help and advise a remedy. I bought some remedies but haven't started them yet:

Arnica montana 200
Rhus tox 200
Ruta 200
Calc carb 200

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She need to take Ruta 6c twice daily for the old injury and Calc fluor 6x, Silica 6x, and Calc phos 6x three times daily at least for a month or possibly longer.
And for the pain, use Bryonia 30c up to 4 doses a day and if it helps, use it as needed.

1 dose is 2 pills or 2 drops and report back if anything changes.
