Fullness in ear, blockage

My right ear feels full and blocked. My hearing in that ear is muffled.
When I go to bed at night I get mucus congestion in chest so I think that this may be the what is blocking tubes by ear.

I have tried both homeopathic nasal spray and ear drops but ear is more blocked/muffled now. Is there a homeopathic expectorant for lung mucus?

Yes
You may take in liquid form.
If liquid form:
Pulsatilla 30
5 drops+ 100ml water
Shake the bottle 4 times before every dose
Take 5ml in the morning 5ml at noon and 5ml in the evening from the same bottle.

so do I use the 100ml bottle up, until it is all gone, or do I throw out the remainder of bottle after one use in a day? Could I not take 6 drops 3 times a day like the pellet form?

Also I assume the bottle needs to refrigerated if I reuse it

No. Take every dose from the readymade bottle. It will be finished in 10 days.
5ml*2times=10ml*10days=100ml

The blockage in ear is gone, but that is do to using an ear syringe. Last night , I could not sleep as my chest was congested and I was wheezing, In the morning I coughed up the mucus, could this not be considered asthma as the conditions comes and go mainly with colder weather, It is only a problem when I sleep the pulsatilla may help little but hard to say

Okay fine. So your ear was blocked for cold and hiding it by english medicine or so.

Now your ear problem is gone?

Ear blockage gone, Current condition wheezing, stubborn mucus in
chest, when I lie down or sleep at night wheeze when I breathe, harder to sleep and breathe, I have added Sepia 30c 6x3 as this was recommended on this website app still taking pulsatilla

I have less mucus in day , however shortness of breath and wheezing at night when I lie down on bed to sleep. Still keep on using Pulsatilla or ad something else?

OK I took the remedy of Arsenic for two days and I seem to be breathing a little better at night, but I still have some wheezing and mucus in chest, suggestions?
