Dryness in nose and pain above eyebrows

Hello,

I am male 27 years old and brown complexion.

I am feeling dryness in nose and bad smell in nose. My nose never get blocked.


I am feeling pain above eyebrows and outer corners of eyelid. The pain is more on right side as compare to left side.

There is no headache.

It feels like swelling in sinus area. There is no discharge at all.

The bad smell increases when I go to sleep and on waking up.

There is no desire to do any mental work

Feels sleepy whole day with heaviness on eyelid.

Also due to all of the above mentioned issue I am getting angry easily.... feeling irritated...

Unable to get into deep sleep.

Feel anxious and shake right side leg most of times.


I am suffering from this issue since last 2 years.

Also I would like to mention that whatever medicine I take I feel more pain on that area I.e above eyebrows.




Please suggest something for this issue.
