Itching during walking or exercising

I'm 36, Taurean, Brazilian. I have dark curly hair and brown eyes. I have severe itching on my legs when I'm walking around or exercising. It happens all over the year. I may wear jeans, shorts or skirts. What happens to me? I love walking around and exercising.

I have taken daily doses and I still have severe itchings. Yesterday I was walking along the beach with my mother. We walked for an hour and I couldn't stand the itching any longer. We enjoy walking in the sea and the water makes my itchings worse. I can ride a bicycle only for 5 minutes before my workout. On Saturday I was doing errands and the itchings started again...
