What is going on with me

I have been having this chest discomfort going on for about a month now. I went to ER multiple times and they send me home saying my EKG and vitals are stable. Last week I had an episode of a sudden flash and even this happens I feel extremely weak and also light headed. This has been happening every single day since then. I know when it is going to happen because it starts as a flash. My blood works looks normal except for low iron but without anemia. Also they tested my FSH and told me that it is in menopausal range. Is it my perimenopause that is causing all this?
I currently have a holter monitor fitted on me. I feel some kind of discomfort all around my chest area and this is causing me so much concern!
The doctors are reassuring me this is nothing with heart/ lungs but still having chest symptoms is scary!

By light headed you mean to imply toy feel as if you are floating?

What is your age?

ANY OTHER SYMPTOMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD?

CHEST SYMPTOMS,FEEL LIKE TIED IN IRON BAND?

I experience light headedness that is very mild. Chest symptoms is hard to describe, it is not exactly pain but kind of tightness at times and at times feel like a flutter. Thank you. Even today I head this flash after which my legs feel extremely weak and I have to take deep breath as though I have done some physical activity eventhough I haven't.
Also I feel a cramp kind sensation in my upper abdominal area i think.
I am so depressed and feel pathetic, any help is appreciated

Aurum met 30 five drops in an ounce of water three times a day and in addition Kali Phos 6x five tabs three times a day.

Feed back after 4 days.

Any irritation or chocking sensation around the throat when you wear a necklace or tight sensation around waist because of the clothes?

Yes, I do feel tightness around the waist region, or maybe in the upper abdominal area, I cannot differentiate.
