Dr. Anuj,
Water in the stool has reduced (kabhi kabhi abhi bhi zyada aata hai) but following is still there.
Kuch khane k foran baad motion ho raha hai abhi bhi baar baar. Ek baar me nahi ho raha hai. Motion pe control abhi bhi nahi hai. Urine paas karne se pehlay pressure lagta hai.

Hello Dr Anuj,
Thank you for your advice from time to time. Happy New Year. My Dad's PSA is 4.5 and he feels the need to urinate and there is pressure in anal area and a feeling of need to pass stool (sometimes it is actually there sometimes not) This may also be related to his Colon can cer condition.
He is taking sabal serullaata three times a day. His PSA level has come down from 5 to 4.5. What medicine to take pls advise
