Increased appetite

I am 49 years old male.nearabout one and halfmonth back, my appetite suddenly started increasingand statrted feeling hungry more frequently. A little before i feel hungry i have a weak feeling, dizziness, tightness of frontal headache etc which are releived by eating. sometimes, after eating, especially after dinner, there is some empty feeling in stomach, as if i have eaten less. I wake up around 4.30 a.m in the moring and feel hungry.I am loosing weight and getting weak also.there is some increase in thirst also.

i have tested my HBAIC which is 5.3 indicating no sugar problem, tSH3 at 4.51, slightly above the upper range at 4.21.

kindly advise

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Are you taking any medicine? It may be caused by medication.

another thing i want to mention, just before the onset of this episode i i had mild stomach upset for a day. i had planned probiotic dahi -mother dairy product. it seems to me, may be some gastro issue or parasite problem.

Try this if you wish. It works wonders!
Alfalfa-Q + aletris-Q, + Alstonia-Q, mix 4 drops of each = one dose before meals
and Lyco-30 10 drops after meals.
Tell after 3 days.

one question, Iodium it seems is for hyperthyroidism. My TSH3 reading, which is 4.51 point towards hypothyroidism...although symptoms point toward hyperthroidism, this is little contradiction. what to do? would u please have a relook?

It is good matched with you. So you may start. Actually I have prescribed according to symptoms.

Body and mind acts from inside. We may realise the inside condition observing the outside.
Again, it varies from person to person. Every person is different from another. So if one has the same miasm but expression is different, remedy should be different.
Best of luck
