Severe lower backache and stiffness in shoulder & neck
Dear Dr. Kadwa,I have seen many posts where you have treated patients who were very sick. I believe in you and wants to get treatment from you. Actually I am going through very bad phase of my life. I am having severe backache on lower side and severe pain in legs. As per MRI Report I am having annular tear in L5 disc and lumber lordosis. I am 33 year old male. Don't do exercise and my job require sitting after computer for 12-13 hours a day. Due to over sitting I have protrude belly nowadays. Before 2-3 years I was very thin. Please help and suggest. Can I get back to normal life ever.
Some more problems are there beside this major one. Like I have lost many hairs from last 6-7 years. Right now I am on minoxidil. I am very lazy. Do masturbate some time, ejaculate early and have smaller penis. I am low in energy. Have regular cough and short term memory loss. Eye irritation and constipation with symptoms of hemorrhoids. These all problems started after my marriage and I do not have good relationship with my wife. We do fight regularly.
Please suggest, what I can do for betterment. Please help earliest.
