Calc carb vs Nux Vomica
Hello. I've noticed that calc-c and nux-v are very similar when it comes to dizziness/vertigo. So what is the key differentiator between the two?AndyP on 2020-03-25

the differentiation wil be had by the accomanying symptomoly/modalities/locations/sensations ...emotion/mental being key (as deviant from norm prior vertigo starting)....as just vertigo itself differences nux has an association with eating/had just eaten...mind wil reflect as to food as being cause....not conclusive in itself..as mentioned take fuller case info and access from that view
