L4 L5 disc bulge and cervical
I have L4 L5 disc bulge.I feel because of this problem I have problem of premature ejaculation.I don't have pain in my disc. In my blood report deficiency of vitamin d.Doctor told me u have low calcium in ur spine.I have cervical problem also.my neck is little bit stiff.can I take cal.phos 200 for calcium? I have taken picric acid 30 but I don't get relief.sunny85 on 2020-04-03

6tablets of both 3 times a day after meal.

Why are you asking help if you do not want to follow advice that is given to you? There's a difference between Calc Phos 200 and the ones that have been advised.

Y I will say sorry to maheeru and jitesh.they r replying me after a week that's y I came to another thread.i have cal phos in liquid form. That's y I asked.cal phos 6x I have to purchase.
