Deficiency of sodium in blood.

My father (age - 65) suffering from low sodium levels (130.4 ) in blood. He is feeling tremendouly weak and spending the whole day in bed . I have given him normal salt water, ORS but not working . He is a diabetic patient with high BP and taking medicine for diabetis and high BP. After taking the report it is seen that everything is normal except the sodium.
Plss help doctor..

You should mention all problems.

What medicines are he taking regularly?

He is taking allopathic medicine for the diabetis & high BP regularly, but not taking any medicine for hyponatremia.When he asked doctor, he suggested to take ORS, Salt water & Coconut water. But, it is not working .
The problems faced by him are :

1. Feeling weak all over the day with tendency to sleep.
2. Weakness is more appropriate after urination and after taking any meal.
Doctor told to take report of urine RE/ME and C/S. But, everything is ok.
I am attaching the report .

Give him: Natrum Mur 6X
4tabkets 3 times a day after meal.
Continue this.
Make a test of sodium and diabetes after 7 days and update here.
