Dear Freehomeo-
I think he has a problem with his neck-
This can come From bending the head
Often reading the phone- or reading in bed
Or looking at computer screen that is not eye
Level.
This is a common problem and it causes
Nerve flow to stop going into the head-
And nerve flow to restrict in the spine.
You will feel numb and unwell and this
Causes anxiety.
You have to stop those habits- repetitive
Wrong motion will do this over time.

please review again. How can you tell this is only for habit?
''and when I put consciously effort to do any kind of mental activity eg: reading, understanding, my mouth get automation closed. I dont able to read speedily in my mind''.

Do you have neck stiffness?
Do you bend neck and read on phone frequently?
Do you read in bed? Are you on computer a lot?

It is not a habitable problem.
I wad suffer from very extreme anxiety
but now my anxiety is over without taking medicine
when I had a anxiety I was continuously thinking on the problem
I feel irritability in my head
it's like my brain nerves is shaking
At that time sweat is coming from my head.
my heart beat was very high
But now I feel my brain nerves become Numb now I have to put conscious effort to understand anything.
