Please advise, very severe uti blood in urine
I have a very severe uti that came on suddenly ~5 days ago . Pain when urinating and a weak stream of urin , i spent a lot of time in the toilet and trying to pass urine because the sensation was always there.First day I felt cold like chills but i was otherwise fine and the sensation passed soon
Everyday the symptom severity changes, some days mild but some times of the day severe. For example very severe in the morning immediately after waking up, during the day and evening symptoms tend to get a bit better. By day 5 i got antibiotics because of the constant pain and discomfort in bladde . I have been taking the following: triphala in water for first 4 days . Thereafter the antibiotic and cranbery and d-mannose in powdered form in water.
Today is around day 6 and I found blood clots at the end of my urine stream every time i passed urine.
The pain is very much there and it is difficult to perform everyday activities
I have an overall but mild pain in my lower back and abdomen areas and a tingling sensation in my bladder and Urethra ie lower pelvic region
I'm an otherwise healthy 37 year old mother of 3 children including 2 year old twins who are being breastfed by me.
My diet is not that good recently. I do not eat any
animal products and i follow a vegan diet
Recently have been eating more processed foods especially sugary and oily even salty. I used to eat more raw fruits and simple foods but now I prefer cooked and spicy foods and eat very little fruits.
Other than this i feel slightly dizzy when looking down sometimes.
