So had my Chest Xray PA view done and the report came out clear.
Currently I am having a feeling of something stuck in throat a feeling of pill that aggravates after an hour eating a meal. Try to clear out throat but nothing comes out. Try to swallow it down but of no use. Sometimes pain in chest on left side. Breathing issues have improved significantly.

Yes I am going to try your suggested medicine now if you want to suggest an other medicine it this doesn't work you can tell so that i can order them at the same time. First i would use Kali. bich 30.

As your problem is not going, I want to suggest something. You may try few doses of Kali Bichromicum 30
3pills 3times a day. I think you may see a good result.

when is the scheduled use of esomeprazole and mebeverine hydrochloride. done?are these stil the only 2 allopathic meds being used?u in habit using coffee/teas/herabls at all?
coffee/tea/herbals?
u current treating skin for anything a all?use of any skin topicals in any form (oils /lotions/med creme...etcetc)?for wht reasons?
u mentioned this started 3-4 weeks ago suddenly with chest pain /left side...etc......wht had been occuring in life scene around that period just prior to occurance?or that day prior? wht stands out?

2drops with 3spoons water in the morning in empty stomach.
Take single dose only and see the change. Will go observing the change.

if /when u take kali-br...be watchful for any new symptoms after dose..important...single dose proper as freeh tells..

Took the medicine as advised doesn't feel to have any change in condition.
Breathing issues need to take heavy breaths still feeling unsatisfied, heaviness in neck just near the collar bone, pain in the upper abdomen just below the lower ribs for few minutes and some times pain in chest left side for few minutes.

Took the medicine as advised. Here is my current situation:
Still have breathing issues some times need to take heavy breaths which sometimes are not fulfilling. Having pain in chest on left side sometimes for few hours. Sometimes pain in stomach for few minutes. Heaviness in the center of the chest.

Breathing issues through out the day.
Heaviness on chest after having a meal.
Sometimes pain in upper abdomen.
Difficulty in swallowing my own saliva but not food.
Frequent belching after meal and on empty stomach too.
