Severe scalp acne with itching
Hi, im 30 years old male. My blood group is b positive. Im suffering from severe scalp acne and itching along with pimples on the back and recently im having hard headless painful pimples around my penis area where thigh is joined and small pimples on lower area of penis too. Kindly suggest me something.Note: im also suffering from erectile dysfunction.

Amm i like to eat salty foods but not too much. Comparatively i like sweet things alot. And my family has history of diabetes and blood pressure.

My BMI normal range is 74kg but im currently 90kg by weight.
I feel heat in my body, if i eat hot foods like beef, egg etc i feel veey heat and get allergy. My chin is inflammed and pimples appear due to beard.
