Need Help regarding dosing of Ranunculus Bulbosus for very weak patient
Dear MembersMy father has constant pain from "below his RIGHT armpit" region to the "sternum region" along the ribs (for last 4 days).
I have given him Ranunculus Bulbosus 30CH once 3 pills (Boiron brand). It seems to have helped the pain to some extent (he says 40% reduction in pain) withing few hours.
Please guide me on further doses of Ran- B with respect to
(1) frequency of administration
(2) should I shift to water dose or regular pills
(3) whether to raise dose to 200 CH.
Other extra info:
1) extreme underweight (30 kgs) due to prolonged lung infection. He was around 36 kgs 5 feet 2 inch before.
2) has ongoing Extreme drug resistant Acinetobacter infection in lung (since last 3 months). Produces dark green phlegm in abundance.
3) needs low but constant oxygen supplementation
PLEASE GUIDE ME regarding Ranunculus Bulbosus dosage for the chest region pain.

Dear Dr. Sharma His body temperature is always on the lower side. 97.5 C.
Because he has an ongoing infection,once every 2-3 days he gets some fever wiht temp of 100-101.
But regular basal temperature is chilly on the lower side.

Give him STANNUM MET 30
4 pills twice a day
