Age : 35
Weight : 85
Height : 5' 11"

My job is mostly desk job which involves around 10 hour sitting. After that also i have very sedentary lifestyle.

I am having pain in lower back. Infact, my back is getting locked when i am getting straight after bending for some time. I feel pain to straighten up.

Similar thing i obseve with my leg. after sitting for longer duration when i start walking i feel as if my legs are jammed(above thigh area) and it takes about 30 seconds to reach my natural style of walking.

After some time pain disappear and it becomes normal.

Kindly help. What should i do ?
