Dry ticklish cough

I m having dry ticklish forceful cough from the last three weeks.. No specific times.. I m prone to sinusitis..little mucus but generally can not spit it out..

I have no breathing problems nor this cough is due to cold air.. So still u think ant. Tart is the remedy?.. R u a classical homeopath?

I have taken the med as prescribed.. My cough is better but not fully gone.. I m developing eczema in my feet.. Little but it's very itchy..
