Saw this doctor advising covid-19 medicines(influenzinum and Aconite) on you tube, any thoughts.

Happened to see this you tube video where this doctor advices use of influenzinum 30 and Aconite 30 both for prevention and treatment of covid-19.
Doctors in the forum, any thoughts/ comments on this?

That won't work. It may even cause side effects. If you have any symptoms, you have to take the indicated remedy. Thats all.
