Brown to Black Complexion

I am 42 year old woman, unmarried. I was suffering from sciatica and pain in neck for which I was getting treatment for past 3-4 years. I have now recovered. I have good digestive system and have no other symptoms.

My skin color lowers my confidence. I am tolerant to Sun but my skin color worsens outside and I keep indoors. Otherwise, I have brown complexion with little freckle sort of on my cheeks. I had good complexion before illness.

Can you help me with this condition?
