Polyp under cheek skin

I developed a small polyp/lump (less than 8 mm as sensed from outside) inside the cheek skin quite close to molar teeth on left side. It’s painless. Mouth is extremely dry in the morning till 10-11 AM. Thirstless. Frequent urination at night. Age 65 years male. No medical complications. BP normal. Non diabetic. Vegetarian. Shall b grateful for suitable medicine suggestions.

No investigations done so far. In fact I was feeling mouth dryness since 2 months but I assumed being side effect of Simbriza eye drop which I use for reducing eye pressure. But almost 2 weeks before it developed overnight and from that day onwards Mouth dryness particularly became severe. I contacted dentist who recommended antibiotics for 1 week but no improvement. I took belladonna 30 too then I started Nux moschata 30 which improved morning dryness by 20% in ten days but the lump is as it is. During the day no dryness. No infection in teeth noticed by the dentist.
