What remedies can I use to increase my menstrual cycle and shorten the length of a period?
Hello,I would like to ask two questions.
1) What remedy can I use to increase my menstrual cycle?
for example, if my menstrual cycle is every 28 days, how can I increase it to every 30 days or more using homeopathy?
2)Also what remedy could I use to shorten the length of my period?
I feel that my period drags on for too long (7 days), I want to decrease it to (5 days).
